All of our products are 100% custom designed based on specifications provided by the buyer.
Due to this reason we cannot offer a refund on any purchase. All Sales are final.
If your items was damaged during shipping, as defined in our terms and conditions, Pictures MUST be provided with in 48 hours of receiving the product.
If repairs are needed, the products must be shipped back to SkiChairlift.com and marked shipped with in 7 days of delivery date.
Please also provide us your telephone number in the event we need to contact you.
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, and must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is received by the processing center.
The returned repaired or replacement product will ship to your original shipping destination free of charge.
